These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Majestic Mile Chauffeurs Limited.
By making a booking with Majestic Mile Chauffeurs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the person making the booking and all passengers travelling under that booking.
In these terms, “we”, “us”, or “the company” refers to Majestic Mile Chauffeurs Limited, and “you”, “your”, or “client” refers to the person making the booking or travelling in the vehicle.
Majestic Mile Chauffeurs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
A booking confirmation will be issued once the journey has been scheduled.
While Majestic Mile Chauffeurs aims to provide a punctual and reliable service, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including:
Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel, particularly when travelling to airports, stations, or important appointments.
For airport transfers, clients are required to provide their flight number when making a booking.
When travelling to the airport, clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient time for check-in, security procedures, and delays. Majestic Mile Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to insufficient planning.
All journeys must be paid in full before the start of the journey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are based on the journey details provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply if:
Where possible, additional charges will be communicated to the client.
Drivers will choose the most suitable route based on traffic conditions and efficiency.
We cannot guarantee the shortest or fastest route due to external factors.
If a specific route is requested, it will be followed where possible.
We provide a 60-minute complimentary waiting period from the actual flight landing time.
Passengers must be reachable by phone after landing.
If the waiting period is exceeded, additional charges may apply.
Parking is charged at booking. Any differences may be refunded or charged accordingly.
For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided.
After this, waiting time is charged at £30 per 30 minutes.
If the passenger has not arrived after 30 minutes, the journey may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
If the client does not appear and fails to contact us, the booking will be classified as a no-show.
The full journey price will be charged and no refund will be issued.
If cancelled after vehicle arrival, full charge applies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive or unsafe passengers.
Passengers must follow driver instructions and wear seat belts.
No refunds will be issued in case of removal due to behaviour.
The client is responsible for damages caused by passengers.
Additional charges may apply if limits are exceeded.
We may substitute vehicles with equal or higher class if necessary.
Lost items will be returned where possible. Collection or delivery charges may apply.
We will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as weather, accidents, or emergencies.
